Course Approvals by RI APTA / Application

Rhode Island now requires all licensed PT / PTAs to acquire 24 hours of continuing education (in a 2 year licensure term) to maintain licensure.  RIAPTA is now accepting applications to approve physical therapy related courses for CEHs (continuing education hours) taken by Rhode Island  PT/PTAs.

Please provide evidence of all items listed on the application such as, but not limited to, course brochure and descriptions, presenter CVs, course evals, and certificate of completion.  Course submitted must have a target audience of PT / PTAs and information provided must be within the scope of Physical Therapy practice.

If approved, your course will be listed on the RIAPTA website without any additional charge.
